Slovak Republic U15 Championships, Rimavská Sobota
Today in Rimavská Sobota we fought for the titles of Slovak Champions in freestyle wrestling in the U15 category, and our boys did not get lost in the strong competition and managed to win one Slovak Champion title, 2x bronze medals, and one 4th place! The boys took away a lot of experience and motivation for further work in training!
Results of our boys:
- 35 kg: Dávid Dučák 4th place - 2 wins/2 losses - 5 competitors - still a younger pupil by age
- 52 kg: Timotej Merta Slovak Champion 4 wins - 11 competitors
- 62 kg: Guillame Hriňák - 1 win/1 loss - eliminated / 15 competitors
- 62 kg: Oliver Valigurský 3rd place / 2 wins / 1 loss - 15 competitors
- 62 kg: Patrik Mikolaj loss and eliminated - 15 competitors - first participation in the Slovak Championships
- 68 kg: Gregor Karol Weiss 1 win/1 loss and eliminated - 12 competitors
- 75 kg: Jakub Okoš 2 losses - without placement - 10 competitors - first participation in the Slovak Championships
- 75 kg: Zoltán Baksay 3rd place - 10 competitors

All the boys deserve huge praise for their fighting spirit, despite the fact that some of them made their debut at the Slovak Championships!
