The 12th edition of the Night of Museums and Galleries took place on one day throughout Slovakia.
The doors of museums and galleries remained open to visitors late into the evening and night on Saturday to allow them to view the exhibitions. In addition, they offered a rich accompanying program for everyone. Our youngest wrestlers were also present to demonstrate a sample of wrestling together with coach Martin Sciranka.
The event aims to present cultural heritage as much as possible, the importance of its preservation and protection in cultural exchange, the dissemination of information about the cultural diversity of individual countries and regions of Europe, in informal education and cultivated recreation.
The activities of museums during the Night of Museums and Galleries are focused on activities that remain hidden from the public throughout the year.
