Cadets - The World's Elite Visited the East!

Humenné, Snina (July 15-20, 2014) Eastern Slovakia became the venue for the World Wrestling Championships. The charges of our club also fought for the title of cadet world champion, namely in the cadet women's category, Dominika Kollárová in the 52 kg weight category, who placed 17th/18 competitors, where in the first round she was no match for the representative of Italy, CarieriI Arianna. In the cadet freestyle category, we had representation in two weight categories. Jakub Sýkora in the 58 kg weight category, who placed a nice 13th/26 competitors. He passed the preliminary round against the Israeli representative Asayev Ramon, but in the next round, he was no match for the Mongolian representative Enkhtyua Temuulen, who did not pull him into further fights. The last representative of our club was Ľuboš Kundrát in the 76 kg weight category, who lost to Surender Singh of India in the first round and placed 22nd/26 competitors.
