Košice, Walbrzych (October 7-9, 2016) A pair of freestyle wrestlers traveled to Poland for this year's veterans' world championships. After last year's failures at the World Veterans Championships, the graduates of the Košice club finally returned with the coveted medal! Juraj Dancák won bronze, which is one of his greatest successes after his cadet, junior, and senior representative career. Peter Denk was less successful, not getting past the first round against the home representative. Nevertheless, both deserve great thanks and admiration for having the strength and determination to step onto the competition mats even at this age. They can be a role model for many young wrestlers.
