We can boldly state that few sports in Košice have such a rich and successful tradition as wrestling.
Currently, our club is among the most significant clubs within SZZ together with Dunajplavba Bratislava. In recent years, the difference has been minimal. We have managed to equalize performance even in the senior category, and even at the Slovak Championships held in 2007 in Veľký Meder, which were groundbreaking due to the competitive rivalry with Dunajplavba, we achieved a historic result by winning four out of seven possible Slovak senior championship titles.
