Košice (September 30, 2013) - The Košice wrestling community is in mourning! After a short and very rapid course of illness, our friend, one of us - Maroš Tall - has left us forever. His fighting heart, devoted to freestyle wrestling, stopped beating on Saturday, September 28, in the evening....
Sorrow and grief have engulfed our souls. Just a month ago, he was living his life to the fullest. He used to come among us to the gym, devoted himself to wrestling, and made plans for the coming days. The news that he was struck by one of the most insidious diseases resonated among us like a shock and a bolt from the blue. That plague gave him no chance. Nor to his loved ones, who were already prepared to help him. We all now share their sorrow with them. For a young, only 19-year-old life, for a promising athlete, and for a friend who will be greatly missed, not only by his closest circle, but also by us, the family of wrestlers...
Honor to your memory, Maroš!
The last farewell to M. Tall will be on Wednesday, October 3, at 12:45 p.m. at the Public Cemetery in Košice.
