European Senior Championships, Šamorín

Yesterday, on the final day, the titles of European Champions were awarded, and thus our home European Senior Championships successfully concluded.

The European wrestling elite met in Slovakia after a long 27 years, and the Slovaks won 3 medals in freestyle thanks to Taimuraz, Akshar, and Batyrbek.

Unfortunately, our Boris Makoev did not have a successful championship, as he was eliminated from the tournament after a close loss. Nevertheless, we THANK him for representing the club!

Last but not least, thanks go to our wrestlers who represented our club as volunteers!

And after the April competition break, we have a lot to look forward to in May, during which we have championship, league, and international competitions!
