Košice, Shchyrets (03.03.2018) The first weekend of March, our youngest members had a successful trip abroad. Our club received an invitation from Ukrainian friends from Lviv. Ten brave wrestlers participated in the tournament, led by coach Martin Želinský. The children gained valuable experience and three even stood on the podium! The coach expressed praise for the effort of all competitors. Some matches the boys could have won, were it not for the stress of a foreign opponent. But it is precisely such tournaments and matches that we need like salt, so that we can prevent this in the future. Many matches were on an even level, so we are on the right track. But we still need to work on techniques and improve. The season is just at the beginning, so we believe that we will do better and better. We also thank the parents who significantly helped, whether during the trip itself or directly at the tournament. ah
