Košice (10.10.2015) The second round of the league, which was originally supposed to be hosted by Slávia Snina, was moved to Košice at the last minute. Due to an outbreak of hepatitis in the Snina and Humenné districts, the city issued a ban on organizing any events. Košice accepted to host the league round on its home mats.
The 9-member Košice team was led by Mgr. Juraj Dancák and his assistant Marek Sciranka.

The coach drew number one for our team in the draw, and Vihorlat had number two, so we started with the toughest duel. ZK Vihorlat Snina was well prepared for us in the second round. This is evidenced by the hosting of two Bratislava natives and new Ukrainians in their team. The duel ended for us with a 2:6 loss, where Dávid Berdis and Róbert Szatmári won the victorious points for us. We lost the other matches by a large margin, except for Martin Sciranka, who did not bring his match with M. Dub (Vihorlat Snina) to a victorious end and lost narrowly 3:4. Gabriel Tysz deserves praise, who showed courage and fighting spirit for the second round in a row, in a match with the Ukrainian competitor M. Dacenko (Vihorlat Snina), who was about 20 kilos heavier than him. We won the other duels sovereignly, 8:0 against ŠKP Banská Bystrica and 7:1 against Slávia Snina. mb
Results after the second round:
1. Vihorlat Snina 11p.
2. ZK 1904 Košice 9p.
3. Slávia Snina 3p.
4. ŠKP Banská Bystrica 1p.
The winner of last year's senior league was the ZK Vihorlat Snina team, so they will host the final round of the league at home. We believe that our boys will not give up just like that and will enter the last round with enthusiasm and determination to turn the situation around.
