Slovak Republic U15 Championships in Greco-Roman Wrestling, Bánovce nad Bebravou
Yesterday, with the participation of 95 competitors, the Slovak Championships in Greco-Roman wrestling were held in Bánovce nad Bebravou, where our students also participated.
Our boys, in a depleted lineup, did not get lost and won the title of Vice-Champion, a bronze medal, and 2x 5th place!
Results of our wrestlers:
- 52 kg: Timotej Merta Vice-Champion of Slovakia / 8 competitors
- 57 kg: Guillame Hriňák was eliminated from the tournament after 2 losses in the group / 7 competitors
- 62 kg: Oliver Valigurský 3rd place (first medal from the SR Championships) / 13 competitors
- 62 kg: Gregor Karol Weiss 5th place / 13 competitors
- 75 kg: Zoltán Baksay 5th place / 8 competitors
