The newspaper Košický korzár reported on it.

Honor to Švajlen, the Baton to Ľuberda

The words of the SOV chairman are a tribute to the members of KOK, who achieved a lot in very modest conditions.
Even at yesterday's annual evaluation, the club chairman Anton Švajlen could, as practically every year, praise the activities of the association of volunteer officials, who mostly held the baton of the most successful among all Slovak clubs.

Memorial and Hall of Fame

In recent months, Košice has attracted all the more attention thanks to Olympic enthusiasts, because since last May, a foundation stone has been laid on the corner of Štúrova and Rastislavova streets for a memorial that will be an ornament to the metropolis of the east and will reveal who represented and made the city famous before the five rings.
A rich Hall of Fame also saw the light of day on the premises of the eight-year sports gymnasium. This, along with the message to the 30th Olympic Games and also the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the founding of the Košice Olympic Club, memorials in honor of Košice greats Jozef Bomba, Jozef Desiatnik, Štefan Jačiansky, Jozef Bombic, Mikuláš Athanasov, Zoltán Krenický, Ján Margita, and other activities, speaks for itself.
At the end, the chairman of OK Anton Švajlen thanked everyone for their trust over the 20 years and, given his age, decided to end his activity, stating that as long as his health allows, he will gladly help with the further progress of the club.
Due to health problems, Ján Michalko and the current chronicler Marián Kafka will no longer work in the club.

Švajlen as Honorary Chairman

The new chairman of the Olympians' Club is the former Olympian, wrestler Miroslav Ľuberda, who was previously the vice-chairman of OK. And since he was also previously the chairman of the Slovak Wrestling Federation, he certainly has enough experience.
Jozef Kačica, Tatiana Švecová, Jozef Michálek, František Králka, Jozef Kičura, Bartolomej Magyar, František Kunz, and Tomáš Čech were elected as members of the OK Executive Committee.
The three-member audit committee, headed by chairman Marián Kéda, consists of Štefan Čabala and Jaroslav Boroš. At the same time, at the end of the meeting, Anton Švajlen was elected as the honorary chairman of the Olympic club.
